Where my neck and shoulders meet on my back.
This has been another area of pain for years.
I have a disk on either side of my neck that is slipped or bulging, I honestly can't remember what my former chiropractor told me.
But right now I feel warm working on the spot.
I hope it works its magic again.
When removed it came off without any problems, since it was around my neck a few hairs got pulled when hubby removed it. But that is to be expected.
